How To Upgrade, Cancel, or Update Payment Information For A Zencam Cloud Account

Any changes made to your current Zencam cloud plan will take affect on the next billing cycle. All Zencam Cloud plan changes are made using the Zencam app. For more information on how to update your current plan, cancel, or update payment information for your Zencam account, please refer to the information provided below. 

Step 1: Open the Zencam app and log into your account. 

Step 2: Tap on the Account option and tap on My Plans.


Note: The My Plans menu will display all past and present Zencam Cloud plans, unpaid, paid, as well as any cancelled plans associated with your Zencam account. You can filter this using the "Unpaid", "Paid", and "Cancelled tabs". 

Step 4: Select plan that you would like to update, cancel, or update payment information. 

Step 5: Select whether you would like to change a plan, update a payment method, or cancel the selected Zencam Cloud subscription. 


Follow the on-screen instructions provided in the app to update/change your current plan, update payment information, or cancel your plan.
