  • When you've done ALL of this, and you phone can't detect the Hotspot? What do you do then? I've tried CALLING customer service to be told my "device is no longer supported, send an email"... but oh wait, I've been reaching out to customer service since March 30th!! And have gotten ONE reply asking what App I'm using, as I SHOULDNT be having any issues.
