How To Delete A Camera

How To Delete A Camera Off Your Zencam Desktop Software.

Step 1: Please log into your Zencam Desktop application. 

Step 2: Click on the "Device Manager" tab located on the left hand menu. 

Step 3: There are a few ways you can delete your camera in this section. You can either left click on the chosen camera and select delete. 

Or you can click on the camera directly and select "Delete" which is located in the upper right-hand corner. 

Step 4: Once you have selected which camera you would like to delete, you will be prompted to either delete the device and cloud recordings or just the device only off of your software. 

Note: If you have selected the option to delete your device and cloud recordings you will not be able to recover any retained data that may have been stored to your cloud account. 

Once you have completed the deletion process, your camera will then be successfully removed from your desktop software.
