Removing a device from your Zencam account is simple. To remove your Zencam device from your account, please follow the step by step instructions provided below.
Step 1: Log into your Zencam Security application using the username and password associated with your account.
Step 2: Locate the device you wish to remove and tap on the selection to access the device.
Step 3: In the upper right hand corner, locate the settings (gear wheel) icon and tap it to access your camera settings.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and select "Delete Device" to begin removing the device from your account.
Step 5: Next, you will be asked whether you would like to delete the device completely or if you would like to keep your recordings. If you would like to keep the recordings that are on your account, select "Delete, Keep Recordings" however, if you would like to delete the device completely, including recordings, tap on "Delete" to complete removing the device from your account.
